How is it that I’ve never mentioned food on the blog before? Well I say it’s time we get started! I try to keep my diet as clean as possible. By clean as possible I mean, I try not overdose on sugar daily. I love sweet treats so much though! The reality is, the older I get the more I realize I can’t live on junk. My body feels like garbage when I don’t fuel it properly. Giving up sweets doesn’t have to be boring. I love finding ways to create healthier options to satisfy my sweet tooth.
I recently had the opportunity of trying a healthy ice cream alternative c/o of Wink Frozen Desserts. How cute is that name? So adorable right! Wink Frozen Desserts offers an excellent healthy alternative to ice cream using plant based ingredients. Their frozen desserts are dairy, soy, nut, and gluten free. Oh yeah! When these cute little 100 calorie pints arrived I had such excitement reading through the flavor options.
